Two of Unify’s key products have been successfully listed on the Government’s G-Cloud 9 Digital Marketplace under the ‘Cloud Hosting’ category. Public sector organisations will now be able purchase the company’s mobile phone detection and PIN phone system, both of which are aimed at the custodial sector.
Unify were first to install their mobile phone detection into prisons in the UK and Denmark and the first to install their PIN phone system into prisons in the UK, Europe and Australasia. Unify have developed the products in-house and they are backed up with outstanding customer support from a knowledgeable team of engineers and developers. Both products are compatible with facilities such as prisons, immigration centres, secure hospitals and secure children’s homes.
Joint Managing Director, Adam Esposito said: ‘We’re thrilled to have secured a place on the Government’s Digital marketplace for the second year running as it gives us the opportunity to showcase our technology to the many public sector organisations. Unify have worked with a number of custodial and secure facilities and would welcome the opportunity to expand into other sectors.’
The Government set up its Digital Marketplace in 2012 with the aim to make their procurement process simpler and more efficient. Becoming an approved supplier allows employees from the public sector to view and purchase Unify’s products without the need for a long tender process. The process allows public sector customers to quickly view product features, accreditations such as ISO 27001 and 9001 and the benefits of each product or service.
