We have a team of nationwide expert engineers based around the UK and are renowned for our customer service from installation through to fault resolution. Most customer issues can be resolved in minutes using the latest remote diagnostics.
Our Telecom Maintenance and Support contracts cover system faults, systems failure as well as parts and labour (which includes site visit, remote diagnostics and incident management). System changes like programming are also included.
The IT Maintenance and Support contracts are tailored to meet your business requirements and include an agreed on-site IT Support per month plus telephone and email support and remote diagnostics and management of server (if applicable).
Unify offices are open from 8.30am until 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and during these times you can contact our telecoms support via phone, e-mail or fax.
